On Monday, the radio station of the CUT in Limassol, Marilena Leventis’ show hosted our agronomist, Christina Christodoulou. They discussed about
bees, their role to the environment and the opportunities they can give for young people through the practice of agriculture. There was also a presentation about the educational programs offered by the CAIC for young and unemployed people.
“Church of Kokkinotrimithia Event”
Our last visit to the the Church of Kokkinotrimithia was to promote the importance of bees in the world as well as procedures 
for preserving and taking care of a Bee Hive. Simple procedures and presentations for the kids of the Church. Some of the topics covered:
– Biology of Bee.
– Collecting pollen.
– How honey is made.
– What is Propoli.
– Use of beekeeping tools.

“RIK1 Presentation”
Christina Christodoulou, our agronomist was invited to the morning show of RIK 1 to present the importance of bees in the world and raised 
the problem of what will happen to the world if they disappear. She also talked about why people should not be afraid of the bees and procedures which they should follow in case they get stank by one. At the end she presented some bee products and their importance to human health.
